Any one Knows what’s the best app for electronic lease signing

My owner finance buyers (not renters) send me electronic payments to my Chase account.

But most people, myself included, are adamant that your CPA works electronically and by phone, so where they are located is irrelevant. 

Contact the Buyer and see if electronic copies will suffice.

Electronic payments 3 days beforehand don't work in these areas.

We'll probably need oil for other things beyond 50-60 years like making plastics, fertilizers, electronics, transportation (not just cars but ships, planes etc. that can't be converted to electric as easily), tires, monster trucks, etc. if we run out before we have developed alternatives for everything we use oil and gas for, we'll have big problems.   

Give them a choice, either pay electronically or physically drive to the bank every month.

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

Also depending on where// when you  got in , some of your medical records may be paper versus electronic, and you want to get copies of everything while you can .
