I'm in recovery, haven't had a drink in 3.5 years.

not that any weekenders would be drinking :)same thing I guess with providing paddle boards and kayakes  or for that matter just walking on the Pier and the floating docks. 

I have concerns with having underage drinking at the rental properties.

I'd like to suggest grab a drink a good meal and talk it over with the husband and see what fits your lifestyle and goals the best.

The types of issues that are being complained about have to criminal in nature: drugs being sold from the property, excessive loitering by the neighborhood gang in front of that residence drinking, smoking drugs and shooting dice.Have your ducks in a row for the best outcome. 

Just like the legal drinking age, there are many things different between investing here vs. 

I've been around real estate, mostly in commercial lending and now commercial title sales and wished I had started when I was younger, but in the past 6 months, I've gotten really into learning about this so I can protect my family from future financial devastations; much like when I got let go after 17 years of service to my previous employer.I feel like I'm drinking from a firehose and would appreciate any direction for a newbie getting stuck in a little bit of analysis paralysis with a fair amount a fear to fail.Matt
