Strangely, these guys seem to get magically deleted from my buyers list and they never get sent any of my deals, which I suppose just reinforces there belief that wholesaling doesn't work and no one ever sticks with it for long. :)The buyers who stay on my list are the rehabbers and landlords who see the value in having my do their marketing for them, and have absolutely no problem paying me for my services.

@Sean O'Brien I tried finding my lengthy post on your other thread but it appears it was deleted with your post. 

You didn't have the decency to stop and talk with me, and now I have to clean up your mess.Not to mention the fact that it's most likely illegal under the TCPA.When I get a no-ring or one-ring voicemail, my instant response is to delete it and block the number.

UPDATE* Well, got a call off of an ad I recently had deleted due lack of calls.

And again, like I said anyways, lets delete the "I will just drive an old piece of crap" stuff from the equation.
