There could potentially be big cuts in the housing assistance programs could be on the horizon under the Trump administration.

I would think that quality of life for your time being there would trump rental markets; but our rental market is pretty good. 2b1b duplexes are renting for $1200 a month right now.

Not sure exactly if I agree with leaving school, but what's done is done and I congratulate you for at least making a decision and taking the leap.From my experience, knowledge can trump age and experience.

Any one charging any amount of money for information is also suspect for ulterior  motives.I mean you have to pay a few hundred to a thousand bucks to go listen to the big boys ..Trump   Ziegler and others... and those are mainly motivational and then sell their books etc.The RE industry has just really latched onto this segment of education with of course some of the fix and flip guru's making obscene money. 

Therefore I do not have 60 hours per week to create some sort of Donald Trump real estate empire.
