Using online sources to do an LLC seems a bit silly.

Read books, listen to podcasts, and join online forums like BiggerPockets to learn from experienced investors and understand different investment strategies.Market Research: While the New York market may be expensive, there are still pockets within the state and neighboring states where properties are more affordable and can generate positive cash flow.

Clackamas county (slightly less expensive) or Washington county (intel,Nike,Apple,Microsoft) these tech companies have increased the cost of living and house prices  (it’s higher than downtown pdx) but the neighborhoods are good and safe. 

We've had good absorption in the market, but we have something like 55,000 MF units coming on line this year in DFW. 

just call the property manger and pretend you want to rent a unit and ask or some show it online if you google the property

if you just pick something online and buy it - you will lose money. 

The pictures look nice, and a drive-by didn't trigger any immediate red flags, but I am budgeting for the worst just to be safe.   2) How would I go about making sure the title is clean?

I just got Batchleads and will use them for information and skiptracing to see if that might be better.Online Ads- I've used online ads in the past as well, and I used to feel like this could be the most useful lead generation technique as everything is inbound.

But in all transparency, I'm already leaning very heavily on just learning by myself via online, YouTube,  Bigger Pockets, books, and Carleton Sheets No Money Down course.Thx in advance for any input.
