I was just about to start a thread asking why a hard money lender would want to lend to an LLC.I started one a few months back (used Rocket Lawyer) but did it just because I wanted a way my siblings and I could invest together with some family money.Was a bit frustrated on my first deal (still in progress) when our lender refused to go through the LLC.

I'd be curious to hear if anyone else has any answers that would essentially act as Rocket Mortgage for our space, but your most likely going to have to build something out yourself or utilize a few different software packages like Calyx Point, DocMagic, et al.

I do agree we are somewhat insulated as we don't experience the sky rocketing prices some places have and hence won't have the huge downward push during a crash.
