I have several people ask me - "how do I find someone specifically a hard money lender to help me get in a deal" 

Many want to do flips and some want to do the BRRR strategy.

I'd love to hear from everyone what their strategies are.  How you find them.  How you approach them.  How you structure the deals.  etc.
