CA law: Need lawyerly advice on neighbors accessing my property

At a bare minimum, the following is true;A) You can be sued for impeding an easement.B) You can be on the hook for damages as a result thereof.C) Neighbor MAY have a valid easement to the oleander, we don't know.D) Neighbor MAY suffer damages as a result, we don't know. The smart thing to do is not to block the easement until having, at the least, sought out a *free* consultation with a local Real Estate litigation attorney; who are in abundance in the state of California. As to your second point; yes it is illegal in many states to give legal advice on the internet.

Moral dilemma on eviction
31 March 2023 | 45 replies
It is a tough thing all around to discern how to honor the Lord Most High when dealing with folks who seem content to run from ruinous misconduct to ruinous misconduct (like burying your head in the sand and letting an eviction happen). The poor will always be among us, yet we are called to love . . . specifically the alien, orphan, and widow. Those who don't work should not eat, yet we have all received abundantly more and better than we deserve (through Christ).Ours is indeed a faith of tensions and you do well to consider how to honor the different sides of the tension in your landlording.Keep it up!
