This includes how you are allowed to market the units, like saying "Second-story unit" instead of "No wheelchairs".

For example, if an older house needs a ramp to build a wheel chair and the resident is willing to pay for its construction (and eventual removal), my understanding this should be allowed.

Essentially, you wouldn't deny someone w/ a wheelchair to rent from you, and you wouldn't charge them a fee for said wheelchair.
