For those who have VAs how much do you usually pay VAs Once they closed Deals?

@Freddie BogardI’m in the process of selling my house and I can tell you why I didn’t accept any of the offers with an VA loan:All offers (including the VAs) were $20-30k above asking priceOn the VA loans: There was no down paymentThe earnest money was $2-3kAnd the people only had $2,000 on their 22AD form or no 22 AD at all.

I listened to one of the podcasts and the guest was talking about VAs. 

I’m really working on offloading a lot of the administrative tasks to VAs right now too.

I’m in the process of hiring VAs for my business.

Hello BP Community,I am new to Wholesaling and am looking for recommendations on VAs who can manage my texting outbound marketing process.

The reason I didn't do anything with it was because I wasn't sure how to determine which stage of the process they were in (behind, pre, foreclosure, RIO...) and who to approach at the various stages.Also it seems like investors fall in to one of two categories: mom and pop small-scale (such as myself... thus far) and mega-investors managing thousands of leads, using VAs and spending tens of thousands on marketing. 

@Colby Fryar I’ve typically found solid VAs through Upwork and might be able to recommend a few depending on exactly what you’re looking for.I’ve also managed teams of VAs for businesses to help build lead lists/databases, manage cold outreach, etc so if there’s any other way, I can be helpful, let me know.

I'm happy for him and he helped raise the bar in my mind of what VAs are capable of.- And last of all I'm grateful to be able to count myself as one who earned a tag :)
