Searching for VA to help with Multifamily database

I'm looking for help developing a database. I already downloaded the information from the County website and have begun filling out all the owner information. In order to finish it up and be able to scale, I'm looking for a VA to help me to complete it in a timely fashion. Does anyone have any recommendations on particular VA they or other resource that may be more helpful. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
