PM cant and should not be there hand holding owners  they would never get anything done.Rent gurantee's I would imagine would come in after they tried to collect.. not like an auto pay the day you were notified again completely unrealistic expectations.

When you’re just a single SFR investor with their PM firm, it’s unrealistic to expect the treatment for someone with a large portfolio with them…sadly.

I'll tell you up front, the "out of town" demand for Charlotte is red hot right now, and they don't have time for investors who don't know what they want, or want something unrealistic.

In fact completely unrealistic in most areas of the country currently. 

Your parents have unrealistic expectations .frankly I’m surprised they want to live in a bIg money condo or fancy townhome and It seems they are not overly interested in working even if it’s a pay cut or doing a meanial job .

Sellers/wholesalers/investors keep listing pre-rehabbed homes at 2017-2018 prices and it's too unrealistic in this market to make a profit.
