Do you recommend I property manage this myself, or would that be a bad idea. 

A quick non-political note on two topics I can’t seem to avoid: mass-deportation and tariffs.I am not concerned about the saber-rattling from the TV talking heads about “mass deportation” and “tariffs.”

After reflecting on a strategy someone used to buy 15 short-term rentals off-market in just 12 months, I thought of an idea.

Padsplit seems like a neat idea to me, but seems expensive. 

I got my license as an agent and have done a lot to learn as much as possible about the market I'm in and the real estate world in general.I am working with one investor currently, building a plan to start spec building in the new year, with a few other ideas as well.I'm excited to meet like minded people on this forum!

Before seasoning period ends, I want to sell to my younger brother who purchases with conventional mortgage.Is there anything wrong with this idea?
