I sometimes have one or two people mention a service dog but this spring I have 2 vacant properties and every other caller has a "service" or "therapy" animal . . . or three!!!

Currently I am 28 and in graduate school (physical therapy, graduate in May 2017), and am taking this time to learn as much as I can to prep for a future in real estate investment.Ultimately I see real estate as an excellent augment to my full time job, and one that will eventually take over as my full time job.

Doing a claim on your policy where it pays out on an injury that could go on for years if some needs therapy etc.… is a big black mark on your policy.Go with the out fit that has insurance and prove it.
