Listen to podcasts, read books, and if you plan to invest in the Netherlands find some resources that speak to that market specifically.

Morning Cameron,  so who are you targeting for your product. 

We have a great deal of resources, especially in Georgia, Texas, and Florida when it comes to things like construction, development, etc.

The instruments needed for the transaction will be state specific which means you should have someone from California chime in with resources who can provide low cost documents (as these will be boiler plate).
