We run Fountain City Property Solutions "a property management company for investors, run by investors." 

Does anyone have any names/business personnel that you can offer up for some handyman work needed done in Colorado Springs / Fountain, CO?

I would repaint the fence a nice light color, plant some flowers or nice plants around that tree, get rid of the bricks toward the left bottom corner (in the top photo) and replace it with something nice like an outdoor fountain (you can buy a nice one at Lowe's for $100-$200), and finally, but some nice new or used, outdoor furniture for the tenants to enjoy (preferably something without cushions so if it rains on them they don't get gross - Craigslist or Offerup has a lot of nice used outdoor furniture as new can be costly).

It was valuable seeing just how quickly a neighborhood can go from the hot and trendy place to be (like Fountain Square) to… let’s just say less than desirable.

I do get some older folks who didn't complete the registration so I have helped some and then they stay.As for toddler items, we have a baby gate, 2 tabletop highchairs and a pile of kid friends plates/bowls/flatware.

Its in an amazing community with a large pond and fountain, along with a huge pool and clubhouse and private gym  in the Chesapeake area.
