Any good PMs in Kansas City, MO?

Good afternoon BP! Need a few suggestions / referrals to a good PM in Kansas City, MO. After researching different markets - and getting tired of analysis paralysis - I decided KC is more than a good enough a place to start. Besides the standard investor looking for a great PM, I'm looking for a PM that will be able to handle renovations / project manage rehabs as I am looking to BRRRR.

I've looked at BP's network area and found a few promising PMs:

- Fountain City Property Solutions
- Northland Asset Management, LLC

- Kansas City Investment Real Estate

- Hunter properties, KC

Any thoughts to these companies?
