The property is in a great location,  close to stores, restaurants, fair grounds, freeway access, and less than a mile from hospital.

My office scans them and uploads them to an owner portal where they are accessible forever.

Analyze deals, build your network, and educate yourself constantly.If you have access to unique resources (like a VA loan, FHA Loan, or 401K), use them to your advantage!

We needed to build more there but the cost to build has doubled and the return is t sufficient.

Do people other than tenants in the building have access to the area?

Unless you have a way of sourcing deals or access to a crew (cheap labor), it's going to be very, very difficult.As for a market, I lived in Houston for a dozen years and still own property there.

Instead, I was left without updates or access to critical information during that time.Corina’s mismanagement, dishonesty, and carelessness not only caused me significant stress but also substantial financial loss.
