I came back feeling almost no sympathy for the people that chose to complain and say that they had been dealt a bad hand and that things were not actually their fault and that there was nothing they could do.

I love everyone as investor colleagues (and I almost always agree with @Dan Heuschele), but I have zero sympathy for those relying on full time STR as a business model. 

We had some sympathy for that, which is why we made the concession we did. 

I really don't care that he is an immigrant or what his race is for me this is irrelevant, people are people and it doesn't get him any more or less sympathy from me. 

If you're caught up in this situation...Tenants NOT paying you rent, then I'm sorry but I have NO sympathy for you.

BS yourself as little as possible regarding your transparent altruistic concerns and sympathy.

So, I didn't tell you that for sympathy, but for you to understand the logic behind my advice.. and this is what my trainers told me too.. find you buyers "FIRST"!!!

I did not want any sympathy, but was certainly receptive to and wanting to feel the positive energy that you guys always pour out on any other regular day just because that's how you roll at Bigger Pockets.Now, feeling like I can take on any challenge that comes my way, I want to post my own words of encouragement.
