This stubborn old man is 67 and believes that he is still owned something from his siblings and is making very difficult for my entire family.

I’ve read a lot before about including that, and I stubbornly didn’t include it because I want to do it myself.

@Solomon Morris Thats a very good point, and a very difficult concept to force into my stubborn mind haha.

Not many people here have a system, and that is why so many people are struggling.So get a system going, stop being stubborn or lazy or defiant and realize if you really want to make it you simply cannot just "wing it".That is honestly the best advise anyone can give you my dude!

My Problem Is They Are Both Financially Illiterate & Extremely Stubborn.

I assumed I would have so much going on anyway fighting the learning curve myself, it would be harder (type A/stubborn). 

What I'm pissed is that in California, if you apply for unemployment, you are actually getting $4,000 per month, more than enough to pay the rent but this stubborn tenant refuses to pay. 

My strategy as a passive syndication investor has been to invest in 1-2 deals per year and ladder them the way CD investors used to do(or maybe still do if they are stubborn and are okay with safely earning 1%).

I am stubborn and called a couple of times but both times they said I cannot list a single room. 

If my assumptions are wrong, it being a solid property and multiple offers (which is happening where you and I live) then this is all a moot point and these people are stubborn as hell.
