@Christopher Smith there are many...but in my opinion really only three companies out there that offer the ability to 721 into a large and diversified REIT that i'd feel comfortable with. 

You really got to do due diligence right now if you look into Lake Okeechobee Florida and that surrounding area I feel it can go well.  

We have about 1/3 to 1/2 of a down saved at the moment, have a 755 Credit score, and are feeling good.
