Hi Kyle, The seller carry note has a 2 year required standstill (required per SBA policy) which can then convert to an amortizing term loan once the 2yr period is over.

Also getting some blowback from the town on a development project and don't know the next steps to take.Currently at a standstill and learning as much as I can till a deal comes across the table.

With SFR at a bit of standstill, I wouldn't be surprised to see more institutional activity; The Veritas's of the world, etc.
