Your market may be better better educated, or maybe not.I would treat a non-warrantable condo as a less-liquid asset and much more difficult to sell quickly, as the buyer pool is smaller than its warrantable counterparts.

Just because their hourly rate is not as high as a US counterpart doesn't mean their work is lower quality or that they are incapable.  

By the numbers, and many of my OH counterparts have discussed this with me, I would have to do any 3 properties in OH to match what I can do with 1 MN Twin Cities property.

If the amount of damages potentially flowing from the transaction are likely to exceed the value of such assets, a higher degree of caution and due diligence are indicated, than if your counterpart is a deep pockets individual or general partnership.

The abilities, including view inside & outside, along with other information provided can keep a property much more secure and give the human counterpart peace of mind.

Both RBC and TD have American banks also (RBC is virtual and TD has physical branches) and while they're under the same name and work very seamlessly with their Canadian counterparts, consider them as separate banks because they're actually located in the US and therefore must abide by different rules and regulations.
