When I swim I catch myself busting into my old backstroke pace, doesn't last long and I'm usually sore.....LOLI'll take the USA and give 13 points!

Even if the record owners have lost interest, due to relocation, drugs/alcohol, other disorders, incarceration or death, neighbors and community government people and secured creditor "people" care. 

I know some people stay away from them because they are an eye sore. 

So, if you (your tenant living in the tiny house) don't have a dog that bites neighbors, or mental disorder that has you getting into fist fights with your neighbors (either would invoke the "direct threat" exception to the Fair Housing Act), you can basically do WHATEVER THE HELL YOU WANT, as long as it's "reasonable" to the DISABILITY involved. 

If it is an eye-sore, the neighbors will probably love to unload on you. 

A Franco-British-American "mouth sore", which the western Federal Republic of Germany made sure to keep alive and well.

I probably have a little compulsive disorder of some kind, whatever I get into I just go at it 24/7, eat, sleep, walk and talk it, as a way of life.

Plus it would be an eye sore to GOOD tenants. 

Not to mention the eye sore from other neighbors and all the possible complaints.

The idea of taking the neighborhood's eye-sore and flipping it into a grand profitable property instantly hooked me.
