By the looks of this property, it looked like these needles were being used for medical purposes.

You will get appreciation over time, but split-levels will appreciate at a slower pace compared to colonials in that area.

Pensions are definitely looking at it but they move much slower - it is only a matter of time for them also.

You’ll want specialized coverage that accounts for the fact that residents are receiving medical or custodial care on your property.

Coops can be difficult and I understand what you mean when you talk about the appreciation, as I bought a condo in Mott Haven and appreciation has been slower than I hoped (thanks Covid). 

Do fee simple homes tend to appreciate at a faster or slower rate than condominiums?

A few things i've considered doing next is finding a quadplex, investing in an RV park, investing in medical offices.What should I do next?
