There are a lot of options for someone that wants to put the effort in.I never said i couldn't, Ive been trying to figure it out, thats why im here. i think you've gotten side tracked from what my original question/issue was, Finding the deals isn't the issue, and affordability isn't even the issue.

A good M/C can help you focus on what is most important and not get sidetracked or stuck in areas.

@Carlos Ptriawan much to unpack here, and I was getting ready to reply Sat. am, and than I found out the world had changed, drastically, and got a bit side-tracked checking on people to make sure they were still alive. 

@Terry Johnson re-upping this convo...we did some looking last summer but had an injury in the family and got side-tracked.

Once you get some deals going, I would recommend hiring yourself a coaching programs like Mike Ferry or Kevin Ward or Brian Buffini so you don't get sidetracked on your business. 

It's not competition from a free site like BP that will get you, it's the over-stimulus of information, opinions, and hearing of other strategies you wouldn't have otherwise, getting us sidetracked.  

So, who knows.But hey while I have you and am throwing around kudos, I meant to throw you one yesterday and got side-tracked.

Its easy to get sidetracked and trust me I know...I'm the posterchild for that.

11/7/22I totally got side tracked...When I logged on I wanted to just say, waiting is the absolute worst when you have been waiting for a year from lending company to lending company.
