Graphics is kind of a hobby for me, so I tend to put a little more time into these types of things than I probably should.

I work at a real estate company doing graphics and marketing and passed the real estate test weeks ago but don't have my number yet.

Please let me know what you think, I am eager to hearing pointers, I tried my best to design this and think of the idea with the help of my friend which is really really new to graphic design.

Have you tried posting fliers at the college on bulletin boards or leaving a stack of printouts explaining/showcasing the unit(s)?
