I heard rumor once that there was a BP meet-up in Seoul. 

There are rumors of a GO Train station and a Costco being built in the future.

Interesting-I've heard a few rumors myself in this vein, but nothing concrete.  

If they don't get the returns you sell the deal with then the rumor mill starts and you could limit your ability to do similar deals in that area again.

If you haven't invested yet I would find out for sure about that rumor before I spent a dime.

Now that the climate has changed, it seems that the rumors floating around are that you will get called by your lender if you transfer out of your personal name to an LLC even if you continue to pay on time as in the past.Anyone??

The other step is to talk to another mortgage broker at Wells Fargo...I found mention on this site of a possible 2% down mortgage on duplexes offered by them....might be just smoke and rumors, but I want to check it out.Any suggestions would be most welcome.

the lease are said to be NNN. of course I will make sure, and I heard rumors some tenant are leaving. said landlord put 7 of his bldg up for sale at once. owned them for 30yrs.
