Hello BP Community,I am a rookie to real estate and a long time lurker on the BP forum.

I’ve probably have made over $500,000 of errors thus far in REI.  

Cash for keys is a terrible technique preached by rookies.

They called me back and told me they had corrected the error and would serve another notice to the Tenant within 72 hours of the eviction (Sat morning) and it would sstill go thru at the assigned date of Tuesday.Tuesday morning 30 minutes before the eviction,  I was driving to the unit as the Sheriff had instructed me to bring a locksmith the break the lock - in case the tenant had changed them, then change the lock as soon as the Deputies had cleared the unit of people.

Often times moving too fast with a limited margin for error can be a breeding ground for bad days ahead.

If so, get an attorney to file a complaint at the state board and have an attorney notify their errors and omissions policy. 

Maybe $23k was an accounting error and they meant $2,300 lol. 

Excel is incredibly manual and error-prone, so I went to find a better solution.
