So since credit card debt tends to run on the high side (which I consider to be 8% or higher), I would live on rice and beans and pay all of that debt off as quickly as I can or it will suck out any potential for investments.

They have been putting off fixing it for years because the neighbor's septic field is close to the wall and could be damaged during the process.Their plan when they do fix it is to use 12x12 timbers along with tie backs.In your case, if you also own the property on the ther side, I would rather go with a step down system like a rice field where you work your way down instead of a wall.

Through personal experience I have discovered that the better my ferrets diet is (i.e. extremely high protein food such as wysong dry food, they can't digest anything other than meat) the less odorous they are.

If we had to be carefully placing our 110 gallon in our own home, you can guess the concern a landlord might have with a tenant wanting one in the rental property.In addition, if they're "into" salt water it's not unusual to include additional weights from refugiums, protein skimmers, chillers, lighting ballasts, etc., etc., etc. etc..
