Let's see, even Michelle Malkin has retracted her assertion that there were 2 million people, so unless you think a highly conservative blogger who has been propagating exaggerations about attendance is now under-reporting the turn-out, then it's safe to say it was well below 2 million.

In a market retraction, I'd rather have low to no leverage assets than can be leveraged for good opportunities than many highly levered assets that might require cash injections if a tenant or two goes bad.Hope this helps!

There's simply not enough energy or mass stored in a high pressure situation within the tank (with steam/water) to do that much damage.While the T&P relief valve and pipe going straight down is enforced in the jurisdiction here, and I honestly don't know the extent to which a worst case related to this failure might go - I can with confidence say that the explosions we see on the news that affect/level an entire house and affect surrounding houses are due to NG leaks.Time for you to retract part of your statement.
