Of course when this happend 2 years ago I reached out to the owner of the program to see what could be done and sad to say nothing was resolved.

Currently, there is a bug that is limiting the functionality of this feature but the team is busy resolving it.

I think your going to have to call Vrbo to get this resolved.

Just curious how your project ended up resolving this issue?  

Not sure what you have done to try to resolve the situation.  

It's made the whole property look trashy and I'm trying to find the best way to direct my property manager to resolve this.

It's quirky and the customer support just read scripts that don't resolve issues or to help proceed when stuck. 

However, with the current tenant situation I fear that by increasing the quality of the property right now may not get me the higher rents needed to justify until the tenant situation next door is resolved.
