Ditto refinishing floors, paint, and new carpeting.Then tell your agent about the shiney new things you want her/him to sell for you to your buyers.

Meaning, I do not put in carpet or refinish the wood floors.

Many people have their own opinion but I would rather cover 100 year a old hardwood floors with brand new LVT and get a brand new totally clean look rather than save a few hundred bucks and refinish old wood.

Kill the mold, clean the tub and walls, sand lightly with 200 grit, apply two coats of STX Bonding Primer and two coats of Rust-Oleum Tub and Tile Refinishing.
