I will try to contact Jack.One thing that I want to do, but I have not yet figured out how to do, is to determine what the vacancy rates are like for student apartments.I know I have a lot to do, and plan on taking my time and getting the education I need before throwing money away foolishly.Lastly, what I am starting to hear is that Detroit is on a rebound already.
