Right now, I don’t have a lot of cash, but I am looking to get financing on multis, single, or raw land zoned for r2 and above near the theme parks, winter garden, Davenport, Kissimmee, no more than 160-180k I also am looking for referrals to property managers for when I do acquire more, as well as legit handy men/ contractors.

We are also on the waiting list for the paynearme rollout and are looking forward to that functionality.Per my husband who does most of the books: Buildium Accounting provides you the tools to mostly keep you from having to do the raw general ledger accounting-- it streamlines the property management accounting requirements and makes life easier ESPECIALLY for someone not accustomed to quickbooks or some other standard double entry system.

Once you pull MLS data you will see that as well. 5th ward -- is a step forward where you can still buy raw land  and build and sell with early adopters who wants to be close to downtown ( a bit higher price compare to acre homes and without govt assistance) .
