I'm committed to learning as much as I can by reading and getting my hands dirty and meeting as many successful real estate investors as I can to build relationships and learn how to have success in my own pursuits.

Do any other investors use online mortgage lenders or do you find a local broker and use them for all your conventional financing pursuits?  

I am also currently in pursuit of both multi-unit properties to generate cash flow and Looking for good SFH flip or BRRR opportunities.

I recently quit my job in IT to focus on property investing (and some other business pursuits) full time.  

Be persistent and stoic in your pursuits and you will be rewarded greatly!

I want to be realistic but also very active in my pursuit for that option.
