The intent of FHA was to promote primary residence home ownership not investing portfolio building so they put this rule into place.100 Mile rule basically says that you cannot use rental income offset from a lease agreement on your current house to help you qualify for the next property when using FHA loan to qualify.How do you get around this?

If I had hired a pro, it would have been done in under two and the extra rent income would have paid for the pro.My biggest misconception was my limited belief that I couldn't buy multiple investments.

Basically you have to funnel money around to use these accounts for anything other than simply savings.They promoted their move from Blue Ridge Bank to Thread as one that would allow for Bill Pay, but it hasn't happened. 

Do you lower prices, offer promotions, or focus on longer-term bookings?

I had to crush limiting beliefs—like thinking I needed to start small or that investing out of state was too risky.

We have 3 bed /2 bath condo that is modern with nice appliances.Besides putting it on Airbnb and letting bookings roll in, how can I reach out to promote this property? 

This is before even the problem that these techniques and strategies work only in a limited number of opportunities, and these opportunities can only be recognized by someone with knowledge of real estate principles, law and finance. interestingly, what seems to sell nowadays is this pop cultural belief that education in anything but specific techniques is worthless; that something called motivation, combined with a positive mindset and an unwillingness to accept reality will triumph over anything else and lead to massive success.  

The person that promoted this didn’t do this personally themselves IMO. 

I think these regulations improve accountability, generate revenue, ensure fair competition, protect neighborhoods, address housing shortages, and promote responsible property use.

What is funny is about 5 years ago Airbnb was promoting us to pay cleaners more and had it where you could click to say you pay a living wage.
