He became progressively unhinged as time progressed, especially when anyone made a comment he didn’t like or agree with, even if the comment was of a general nature.  

I have called a few suppliers and I'm getting some progress.

The average BPer needs to do the following1)Buy 1 property in a growing/path of progress area that is distressed and fix up every 18-30 months.

As the technology continues to progress and they continue to get things more dialed in, I do think it could help quickly build reasonable homes to address the housing shortage.

There is normally more of a progression as lenders will look for an improved  balance sheet and track record.

Looking forward to making some great progress in this side of my career, make new friends and growing together.

Truth is, I think that everyone should start small by buying their own househack, learning the ins and outs of Real Estate, and then progressing to bigger steps moving forward. 

Anyway I can only imagine this market will burst once rates drop as we've appreciated 10% YoY on "higher" interest rate environment.My 2 cents on your acquisition: Miami and Broward have many upcoming developments and it helps to know where they are being developed, as we all know, location is #1 and it helps being in the path of progression and gentrification.
