@Michael Baum what’s interesting is that the homes in the prestigious Palmilla, just one hillside over, with far higher HOAS but essentially the same location and views, and arguably not quite as good beaches below, sell for 5-10m. 

If you grow a varietal that is in demand and it’s in a more prestigious area, then you will make more money.

Its plain with subtle granite chips for sparkles and it lets the backsplash shine (you have to be super plain on a backsplash if you use granite-- the granite will be the star) and the Daich is really easy to repair down the road if anything happens to it.

Multiple checking accounts at the same member institution, by the same holder is one example of one such exclusion.In my very cursory vetting of such custodians I am finding businesses with plenty of good reviews and a decent website (easy to set that part up) but then find they are operating out of a cubicle in a large work-share building with a prestigious sounding address and their mailing address is some mailboxes, etc.

Grove City isn't as prestigious as Dublin or Powell but is where you can make your money.Love to hear others opinions on this!!

He built all of this up with money earned from his job.I'm convinced that even though engineering falls among the many mainstream prestigious careers, it really isn't for everyone.

In all honesty, I think my perception of A  and what my agent says it's an A/B/C etc...is rather different.Based on what I have seen, true A communities can hardly be invested in because they have huge HOA fees, renting restrictions, and overall, they look like picture perfect, sparkling little gems.
