Some information about where we are at;We currently have 2 triple line Mojo Dialers   - with four part time in-house cold callers (16 hours of calling done per day)  I launched Carrot Premium, thinking about their SEO service to really nail down the website.

If you pay them to take pictures, pay them by the project.If you pay them to put out signs, have them put some form of ID on each sign that the caller must use when they call you, that is connected to the person putting out the signs...and pay them either for each call, or better, pay them for each property that you follow through on

Caller found lead, passed lead to local wholesaler, he closed the deal.

Any tips for cold callers out there?

Become a long time listen, first time caller.

The issue I am finding is, 95% of the callers are on the federal do not call list.
