As of March 18, 2020, there are no current plans to postpone any of the Alabama county tax auctions. 

I don't know if the banks would be able to afford just postponing mortgage payments without any compensation, or if they did they might not lend as much and just make things worse.

I have had OOS investors having to post pone closings due to lock downs.

All other provisions of theAgreement remain in full force and effect:Buyer and Seller agree to postpone Close Of Escrow by up to 30 or ____ Days to accommodate UnforeseenCircumstances, after which either Party may cancel the Agreement and Buyer’s deposit shall be returned to Buyer,minus fees and costs incurred by Buyer.

The new process seems to have postponed the requirement for documents until after the initial "streamlined" review.

From the looks of it Foreclosures are postponed so Motivation to move are now in their favor.

However, with the formal "stay at home" order that was issued in Sacramento County yesterday, I could see those being postponed until the order is lifted (currently set to be in effect until April 7th unless a change is announced).  

I would assume that all closing services will be postponed until further notice. 

If the rehab is not immediate, consider conserving cash by postponing these items if possible.
