It would be ridiculous not to pick up guests from other platforms.  

Greatly increased lending capital by transitioning from a ‘blind pool” fund to a series LLC / syndication model where investors know the property lending deal before committing to any loan and can “pick and choose” whichever loans they do or do not want to participate in.  

Pick a lane based on your strengths and long-term goals.

This halts production for anyone that is that far along - you can't just pick up trusses at your local hardware store - they are engineered for the job via the plans. 

You have to take your pick between charity and business.

We picked up the home for a large discount as the estate wanted to close the deal.

They must first move out, leave the property broom-cleaned, and then they can pick up the funds at our attorney's office.Most won't agree to all this - so they are liars.

@Camille Romerounless you are able to spend some significant time in your chosen location in person, and work on building a network there, i would pick a market closer to NYC, within a couple hours.
