Usually MTR comes fully furnished with utilities included, so you pay for the convenience.if the area has traveling nurses, other professionals that come for a few months for work they normally pay more, in certain cases the employer pays the rent not familiar with that particular market,  but worth looking into it.

With average rents in Charlotte hovering around $1,800 to $2,000, that means an average agent fee of just $190—if the management company even pays the showing fee.I understand that this may vary by market, but in mine, I don’t see agents being incentivized to work with renters.

That’s the magic of real estate compounding over time, and it’s stories like yours that really highlight this.. from what i read in the street journal, that slow build often outperforms shorter-term stategies.From an investor-friendly agent’s perspective, being willing to dig into the neighborhoods (driving for dollars) and having a robust network.. from probate attorneys to local contractors.. can pay off big.
