Back to back bad reviews signals something is really out of whack, or there's always the possibility that it is your competition trying to undermine your business. 

But sheesh that's just so sad and it does nothing but cause more pain and suffering for everyone else who isn't even involved and has to pay for the wrong doing of others, ie increased insurance etc.

Switching software can be painful.

I have heard mixed signals on this, but it seems that some lenders are allowing them now.

I think that they were just having a lot of growing pains last year, but they have ramped up and fine-tuned their customer service a ton. 

Conversely, if I'm only seeing properties fail the 1% rule in a given area, it's probably a good signal to look elsewhere unless a particularly good deal pops up. 

If a lender isn’t responsive during the initial stages, I’ve learned that’s a strong indicator that it’ll be a painful process all the way to closing.
