I heard that BP did have something that brought together investors but I don't know what happened with it.I would really love to create something similar that EO (entrepreneur organization) for real estate investors. 

For instance, unless specifically called for in the Articles or Organization, LLCs are not required to have Boards of Directors, Officers, annual meetings, bylaws, resolutions etc.

Fundamentals change neighborhood to neighborhood (i.e. appreciation potential), inventory/absorption issues may exist, rogue city council members and/or registered community organizations can make neighborhoods less appealing with little oversight which impacts value and marketability.

I have no knowledge of their leadership or organization.  

Try researching organizations like Oxford House, which operates sober living homes nationwide, or check directories like TransitionalHousing.org for recovery housing programs in your area.

They're a member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World organization, which is not easy to get approved for - but which also now means they are on Hyatt .com (Hyatt just recently bought the Small Luxury Hotels of the World).

Hi all, thanks for taking the time to read and provide your ideas.I am just starting out (in the UK), and I have been reaching out to real estate investors on linkedin and facebook, organizing chats to learn more about where they started, where they see opportunities currently in our market, etc.One question which all investors asked me is: What is my strategy?

My goal would be to secure my first property by 2025, reinvest in 3-4 properties by 2028, and refine systems for scalability by 2029, using tech tools to stay organized and effective.Good luck!
