J Scott Now that you have interest expressed from both sides of the isle, how do you intend to orchestrate it such that this idea comes to fruition?

You're trying to orchestrate a pretty complex deal.

She made everything happen and orchestrated everything from finding, closing, fixing, and getting tenants placed.

I would personally figure this deal out (that you orchestrated) and make sure everyone walks away not feeling cheated.

We're trying to get this changed, but the hotel industry is fighting a well orchestrated battle to keep the laws as is.

All duplex units in town seem to stay consistently full and hardly ever come available.A similar but smaller project would be incredible if orchestrated right. 

Maybe he has a nice sized profit lined out and doesn't want the end buyer to know and is either using his money or transactional funding to orchestrate the deal.

One could have bought a home that was totally in need of repair and thought they would orchestrate that repair however did not.

BTW, this is why my book is still in the grinding stage, 50 states, federal regulations and trying to orchestrate those matters into a commonly accepted practice is like rocket science.
