I have let the right people aware of scotts rudeness. please understand we make no acceptance of his behavior, it wasnt personal its just a sales mentality issue.He is new, Myself have been with PD 18 mos but have 30 yrs selling, and 20 yrs in real estate.

But it suits me fine.I got out of the "Dream car" mentality a while ago.

Offer to pay for 1 month to store their items at a storage faculty and provide money for a moving truck to get their items to the storage facility. 

It’s not the wealth but the culture and mentality that it encompasses that I don’t agree with.

I keep roughly 30 doors (some are paid off...but that may change).It may be a bad move on my part, only time will tell, but I could no longer handle the egos in the corp world as it was very much impacting my mental health.

My guess is he has other things going on and having mental health issues. 

Send all communication to the lawyer.It will be money well spent -- and it doesn't mean you're not cut out to be a landlord, it means you're smart about maintaining your mental health.

Demand they find work within a specific time period unless they are unable due to mental or physical disability.

At some point I realized I had to work on my mental issues.

If it is a larger university, they may also have visiting students or faculty who need shorter term rentals (ie a month or two).
