Hi everyone, I am 32 and think I am finally ready to buy my first property (mentally at least.)

I've been mentally crossing places like this off my list, but maybe I'm overly pessimistic.Is there a trick to getting furniture and appliances delivered to a place like this that I'm just not aware of? 

Its this same sales mentality that they use to promote real estate. 

I would rather spend my mental energy elsewhere rather than on a creepy neighbor lol.
