I was going to bring up that the seller financing doesn’t matter if you plan to get a construction loan as the seller financing will have to be paid off.

I do understand that due diligence is something that is very important in this type of investment, or any investment for that matter. 

They have a team of designers who do it online.

If it is a emotional support dog (basically a pet with papers they buy online, mostly to find a way to get a pet into a rental), ask for documentation from a local medical professional (NOT anything online). 

I own RE in the area and I can say its all a matter of what area you invest in.
