There are wholesalers in every major city in the country and they are buying at 70% to 90% of value all day long, every day of the week.

I think a lot of the midwest cities will capitalize on that in the coming years with the housing affordability issues the country as a whole has been having.

Our main carrier policy converts to vacant dwelling policy at completion for duration of term and can be renewed on case by case basis if unfinished or unsold.  

When you converted the 3rd unit and put it on your tax return was it done through the city?

I can think of some obvious cities where chip manufacturing plants are being constructed that will benefit from AI.Looking for a discussion on what cites or MSAs will benefit the most from the AI revolution and why?

Initially I didn't have a personal connection to the area and didn't know much about the city.

My main concern is the interest rates being so high now as to whether what I'm hoping to achieve is really even possible.
